*Celebrations, Brissy style*


Depite the heavy workload and the overall strategy of the uni to implement... 'Death by assignements' Its not the assignments themselves that kill..its the lack of sleep due to it. haha.




Brissy is not all work and no play... they sure know how to have fun too! lots of it =) *erm..after assignments..*


Here's the Ekka. A huge annunal show animal event...where judging of just abt every domestic animal occurs. Its also included in the public holiday in Brissy! showbags... carnvial... animals.. its sure a whole day of fun!! oh ya..plus fireworks! hahaa..







Estee and I..with a little calf.. its soo cute~ the trick is to stay away from the aduls who keep pooping..>.<






A place to get up close and personal with unique animals.. like the super adorable 'dulux' dogggie.. specially bred pigeons with long feathers on their foot.. that are probably useless. haha. and aww...ferris wheel! which i didnt sit..>.<





Showbags arena.. no..we're not Clarence's showgirls.. that kuku...O.o. haha




Then there's Rivefire!!! The celebration of Brisbane's river! ^^ This just happened only..on sat =) The highlight of it all is a night of fireworks.. down the length of the river. More breathtaking than singapore's fireworks festival. Very very very crowded too. but the cool weather here makes it a whole lot more pleasant.. and wow..the fireworks... O.O



To be there early to get a spot on the grass patch ^^ My church friends, David, Sheryl and Persis! (^_^)

Fireworks off the top of tall buildings in the city! I've never seen a thing like it! Hahaa..the Aussie's REALLY love their fireworks. But its good! I love them for it! ^^
