This silly but cute happy bunny cartoon wisdom book says this to counter the feeling: 'everybody loves swings!!' ha ha

Not helpin bunny..you're NOT helping..>.<>.< And thou they shouldnt, nomal words coming your way tend to transform themselves into arrows that seem to be attracted to your heart... and soon enough you become some kinda pin cushion.. sigh...
